Take shoes off before entering studio.
Be respectful to self and others to cultivate an inclusive and supportive space.

Please arrive 10 minutes early. The door will be locked 2 minutes after class begins.
Shoes can be left at the entrance before entering the space.
If you arrive early, quiet conversations are welcome.
We’ll begin class on time, so we invite you to settle in a few minutes before we start.
Please silence your phone and fitness watch, or leave them in your bag.
Listen to your body. If you feel overwhelmed or need rest, you’re always welcome to lie down on your mat.
If you need to step out, that’s okay. We just ask that you move in and out of the space quietly.

Below are the bios of the graduating class of Halea’s 2026 200 hour teacher training program.

Blanket, straps, and blocks are optional to bring.
If you are used to Hot Yoga, wear layers as the studio is room temperature.

There is a parking lot next to the church as well as parking around the block.

Classes are could be Hatha, Vinyasa, or Yin in room temperature aka not hot yoga.
Beginners are encouraged to come.
Classes may include yogic philosophy, chanting, breathing techniques, and/or meditation.

We love seeing interest in yoga at all ages.
For now, our classes are best suited for those 16 and older.

We honor yoga as a practice rooted in South Asian traditions. As teachers, we are committed to continuing our education, practicing with integrity, and sharing yoga in a way that respects its origins while making it accessible to our community.
